I try not to live to any one else's standards but my own
Hopefully all the decisions I make are based on my own will and not the outside influence of others
However, it is near impossible to determine what exactly our own selves want or need because we have been influenced by outside forces since the second we were born
Consciously, this is my life
nevertheless, subconsciously, I could be living my life to please my parents, society, or any other figures

Do you mean, am I starring in someone else's dream - which renders me nothing but a character in another person's dream!? If so, this means that the characters in MY dreams have lives of their own, independent of me!.!.!.and so on, and so on!.!.!.
