First of all you are right, perfection does not exist!.

Second of all that is true in a way!. We are throwing in the word "perfect" in there as whatever you define it to be!. It's all about goal!. Your goal is to be something you would consider "perfect" (which everyone sees as something different)!. If you practice hard enough then you will reach your goal, your "perfect"!.

So there for practice does make perfect!. It's basically saying work hard to achieve your goals!.

i don't know!. i guess people tell you that to make you beleive it so you'll try EVEN harder!. but then when you realize your not makig that perfection you give up and realize its not true!. plus i think everyone has their own idea of perfection, so they try even harder!.!.!.wow this i s a confusing answer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Are you telling me my piano teacher did not originate that statement, practice makes perfect!? After so many years I came to the conclusion, imperfect is perfect!. Perfection exists to the degree required!. Such as a piano piece!. That's what my teacher told me!Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's not becoming perfect, it is the strive for perfection!. Similar to happiness!. People think once the reach a certain point (i!.e!. money, fame, looks, job, ect!.) they will achieve what they are after when in fact they find some other flaw or goal that needs to fixed or accomplished!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Perfection is a mathematical calculation!. If practice increased your skill and that satisfied you; then it means that you reached your own standard of perfection!.
