Question: One-Eyed Person Speaks to You (Religious Q)!?

I know this guy, and when he speaks to me he closes one eye purposely when speaking to me!. No it's not the sun, or elements, or an eye condition, and I get a weird creeped out feeling, like it's negative energy from him!.

When I speak to him it's with both eyes open!.
