For the most part it is possible!. Depends if you are happy to accept that we live in a world of finite physics or if you're thinking a bit more philosophically!.

Short answer: NO, but you can come as close to the edges of the limitations of logic in your proofs!. The "Laws of Thermodynamics" are an example!. They have been "proved" to exist within all aspects of the domain of Science!.

Long answer: YES, except it is all relative your domain!. By which I mean you can have a mathematical proof within a system of mathematics, which cannot be altered!. But as soon as you start using a different system, your proof is rendered meaningless!.
The same is true in life, with experiences!. Sure, I could "prove" that I am writing this statement right now, but that first requires that we both share certain assumptions based on our previous observations of the world around us!.
The key is not to step outside your domain, which is very difficult to avoid sometimes, especially in matters of religion!. For example, you could teach about the existence of god at a religious gathering, and everyone would be in agreement that the inheritance of original sin has been "proved"!. But if you were to walk into a meeting of secular humanists, you would find that your "proof" is outright rejected!.

you can prove stuff in math!. but the proofs only conclude stuff about math!.
while the results (math formulas and discoveries) can be applied to science (there is lots of calculus in science, for example, regarding to radio waves or light waves), you can never 100% prove stuff in science either, because while the math works and seems to correlate with reality, you can never 100% prove that you're using the right math!. for example, neuton's stuff works here on earth, but if you approach the speed of light, it doesn't work as much anymore, and einstien's stuff works better!. so you may thing something is true now (neuton) and find out it's wrong later (when einstien comes along)!. but the math they both use is proven on math to work for math!.

i'm not gonna prove anything to you cuz the prospect doesn't entertain me, but you can calculate the formula for adding X numbers together, or X odd numbers together, and then, going back from the formula by itself, you can prove it using geometry or other ways!. all math is proven this way!. it is the only thing that is!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

"a = b, and b = c, then a = c" is the most basic example!. Logic is an objective system!. However, once you assign values to those letters, then it becomes subjective!. At that point(in real life), you would use intersubjective verifiability which is Empirical evidence!.
