I suppose someone can spend their whole lives running away from their problems!.

"Animum debes mutare, non caelum!." ("You must change disposition, not sky") Basically, it means that 'you should change your state of mind, not your environment'!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Your perception of your "environment" can affect your happiness!. You cannot influence your environment sometimes, but you have control over your interpretation of the environment you are in!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I do believe that you surround yourself with things that have complete control over how you experience life and a level of happiness!. If you are surrounded my negativity all the time no matter how happy you are trying to be, you will start to feel an ovewhelming sense of sadness and no-control which could alter your own life into a series of unfortunate events!. So surrounding yourself with positiive minded people or people like yourself you are more likely to portray that!. Like they say birds of a feather flock together!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

temporary happiness, with a cause, could be extinguished

not so with real happiness!. It's in those who want nothing, except what is

you would need to drop the desire to change your environmentWww@QuestionHome@Com
