Well I play the saxophone and piano and am in the band and I would have to say either the sax or the flute are the easiest!. Piano may appear easy but after a while it can get very difficult with advanced theory and even just playing different things with different hands is very hard to coordinate!. String instruments are extremely hard to play and keep in tune!. The sax is easy to get a sound and the fingerings are the same as the recorder!. It shouldn't be too difficult for you to pick up!. Just make sure you practice and listen to a lot of music!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm in a band class!.
And my teacher has personal meetings with us to practice!.

He has been playing for 42 years on trumpet!.

And from his personal experience he said Saxaphone was the easiest!.

But we have sections and their the worst!.

So apparanly they are the worst!.

The best section is between claranets, trumpets, and drums(percussion)!.

Flute is hard, So don't think about it!.

But if you are choosing an instrument test them all to find which your best at!.

I had a person in my trumpet section he tried trumpet he was awful because he could'nt vibrate his lips thinly!.
So they switched him to trombone he played that perfectly!. He is now section leader!.

claranet all you have to do is blow and remember keys!.

Saxaphone is like claranet but it has a different shape!.

Flute is hard to get sound out of!.

Percussion is easy!.

If your good at beats go for percussion (drums)

But trumpet you have to be able to vibrate your lips at a even pace and it only has 3 keys and has 8 toatle combinations!.

So basiacally it all depends on who is playing!.

You are almost born with a natural telent for a certain instrument!.

So the easiest is drums(percussion) or saxaphone/claranet!.

GOOD LUCK!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would have to say the piano is the easiest to play!. Once you know where the notes are, you don't have to worry about being just a half tone off!. It's just pushing buttons!. And it's the only instrument that can play all 4 parts with little effort!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I say the piano because it's all laid out in front of you clearly!. Students always start learning the piano, then if they have an ear for music, move onto other instruments!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

"easy"and"musical instrument"do not belong in the same sentance!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
