You are right, mostly when you have a group that sing in different ranges or uses different instruments it is very very difficult to find a your arrangement off the shelf!.

The best thing to do is to buy the version written for the piano because it's written for a C instrument!. It's easy to pick out the melody line and write it out separately and then it's easy to do the transposition to put the melody line in the key your lead sings in or the key your group sing in!.

The chords in the piano version will also give you a starting point as to what harmonies will work!. A lot of professional groups like to use trial and error to work something out because it's fun doing it yourself!.

I did a quick search for SSAA and everything that came up was from a professional arranger and each arranger had a very limited library of the songs in their portfolio!.

ps, good luck at the festival!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I could never find free sheet music on the web!. I'll give you the root and progression though and the rest you can figure out!. Key is D!. Guitar progression is D A Bm G D A!. Bridge is F#m Bm!. A 7 part accapella would sound cool!. Hope that helps, and I'm sure you will do Elvis or the Ateens proud!Www@QuestionHome@Com
