Ok well before you tell me to go search it up there, let me tell you that I tried, but I didn't get a good stress reliever!.
Anyway, my 2 friends and I have to perform a song on the viola in front of a few classes!. I'm super nervous, and I'm scared I'm gonna suck at it!. I know it pretty well, but I usually mess up in front of crowds!. also, a few other people are gonna perform a song, and they're really good, so I'm scared they're gonna do WAY better than us, and we're gonna suck!. Please help me!! ThanksWww@QuestionHome@Com

Just think positive thoughts, and breathe in and out before you start the show!.

Of course, you can smoke weed before the show, but that's "bad"!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I had to perform a song to audition into a choir a couple weeks ago and all you can do is to keep practicing in front of people!. It seems kind of vague and broad but it really does help!. It's hard at first for me anyways, but it's always better to do that!. It helps with stage fright!. Drink maybe some chamomile or something to relax you!. Make sure you're at a comfortable temperature!. Being cold makes it hard to relax!. Think to yourself very uplifting thoughts to yourself like, "I can surprise them with how good I am!." Or "No matter how I perform, I know I am good!." They're a little conceited but they truly help!. Make sure to know everything well so that is the least of your problems!.
Hope it helps! ;)Www@QuestionHome@Com

You can choose to be nervous or you can tell yourself that it'll be ok!. You have to do it anyway so just tell yourself that what happens happens!. take deep breaths before and don't worry about it!. Plus, do the people in the audience play instruments!? If not then they won't even notice if you mess up a little!. Just have fun!. or you can pretend that you're by yourself in your room or somethingWww@QuestionHome@Com

I might not be the best person for this, since I perform on stage regularly and love it, but I can tell you some relaxation techniques we theater people use (:

A really simple one is deep breathing!. Just take a deep breath down into your stomach and hold it about 3 secs, then release!. You can also stretch to literally relax your muscles!. Review your piece, and remind yourself of how much you'vee practiced!. Don't think about the other group; just enjoy yourself! Good luck!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Personally, when I play, I always close my eyes!. I play by memory, so I don't need the sheet music!. I find that if I immerse myself in what I'm playing, I can forget about the crowds and just breathe and play!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

just try not to think about the people staring at you and just do you best!.i had to play the violin all by myself in front of a whole bunch of people so just do your best,!.:)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Just relax!!!! You are probably really nervous but never let your nerves take over you!.!.!.!. i always remember that i have practiced hard for this day and that i am going to go out there and be great!. Always stay positiveWww@QuestionHome@Com

If you practice until you know the song backwards and forwards, then you won't be nervous!. Nervousness only really comes when you're not as prepared as you could beWww@QuestionHome@Com

Take deep breaths and focus!.!.!.that really helps me!. Don't think about the audience too much! Just focus on what you love doing and run with it! I'm sure you'll do great:)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Just imagine that people are naked or they are animals, your favorite animal!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
