Question: Help! What's wrong with my Guitar!?
So, I have an acustic guitar maple wood, made by Epiphone!. Brand new with electrc tuner!. So it's completely tuned, And I mean completely sounds great and clear as a bell except for the buzzing!. It is currently very dry and VERY cold where I live!. I have a humidity check inside my case, it needs to be humidified!. So I got a humidifier last night, no improvement as of yet!. My low E string, That's the big sting at the top, buzzes only on frets 3,4,5 a little on the frets after not on 1 and 2!. My D string buzzes just barley as an open note!. My question is what's wrong with it!? Do I need to see the guitar doctor or what!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

not that the fret board is warped, but rather the nut & bridge at both ends need adjusting

It probably needs a simple neck adjustment!. Take to a shop!. 5 minutes and they can tells you!. The humidifier will take longer than overnight!. ALWAYS keep the guitar in the case with the humidifier in it when not use use during winter months!. The dryness can literally destroy the guitar!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Okay if it is buzzing like when you have your finger on it & it doesn't resonate like it just hits buzzes & dies out you have worn out frets most likely & you will need a professional to file them down & get them level with your other frets!. Its not that uncommon but if its a new guitar the place where u bought it should be willing to help you out with such a problem!. And or you may just need the trust rod adjusted for the neck may be warped due to the weather, this time of year these things happen alot!. Hope this helpsWww@QuestionHome@Com

You have fret buzz!. It's quite common and no big deal to fix!. If your guitar is brand new simply bring it back to the store where you bought it, tell them you have fret buzz, and ask them to set it up for you (at no charge)!. They will accomplish this by adjusting some combination of the neck angle, height of the nut, and height of the saddle!. Good luck!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
