A Question for Composition majors....?

Question: A Question for Composition majors!.!.!.!.!?

I am applying to the music program at York and McGill in Canada!. I Have really really little theoretical knowledge!. I have only studied the first 3 grades of music theory under the ABRSM!. I just want to know if that will hurt my chances of getting in, make things harder for me, if it's normal etc!.!.!.!.!. Thanks!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You are asking the wrong people!.
Contact York and McGill and ask for their entrance requirements!.
While you are at it check to see what classes and degrees they offer!.
They are the experts on what it takes to get in and what they have to offer!. Ask them any other questions!. Tuition and Fees come to mind!.
