Well as a former guitar tec yes you can change them if you know what you are doing!.

Pick guards on almost all acoustic guitars these days are glued on!. So you need to know how to strip out the glue and not harm the finish of the guitar!.

Start by taking acid tone and lightly dabbing it around the pick guard!. (this will take a decent amount of time almost a day or two!.) You need to keep doing the proses slowly and lightly so you do not harm the finish off the guitar!. As you do it more and more you will need to stick a thin knife under there to continue to use acid tone to remove the glue!.

Do it slowly and carefully and take your time you do not want to chip the body or gloss coat!. That is why I say a few days!. In time it will just pop right off!. Then I would suggest going to!.!.!. www!.musiciansfriend!.com www!.zzound!.com www!.samash!.com or www!.guitarcenter!.com to order the pick gard of your choice any will actually do!. The model don't matter much but I much rather if it was my guitar keeping with the fender name!. Then what you need to do to put it on is tricky also!.

Make sure there is no loose ends of glue stuck to the body of the guitar and keep it clean and right!.

What I use to do is once at I taken it off is put it back to where I thought it was and took a washable crayola marker and traced where the pick guard was for referance to where I want the new one to rest!.

Get some high strength adhesive glue (not super glue) and add it back on!. (you want to keep away from glues that when drys heats up or solidifys on your to a solid chunk of plastic or reson!.)

Once you got your glue you want to put it on the pick gard only!. Thin it out as thin as you can get it on the back of the pick gard to be as thin of an ammount on the whole back of the pick guard!.

Then use that referance you made and slap that sucker on!. Make sure there is no air bubbles under it for it to look warped and let it dry for on day!. Then clean off the mess made around your guitar!.

I hope this was helpful enough for you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If they make them for that model I'm sure you could!. I doubt they make stickers though!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
