Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: At 16 years old, unless you are emancipated, you'll need a parent or guardian to sign any contracts!. As your cousin probably doesn't have guardianship status, I'm afraid they won't do!. also note that for a speaking role in pretty much anything that gets made, you'll need a SAG (Screen Actor's Guild) card!.
