There are no translator programs, if that is what you ask!. IPA is a system where in YOU - or someone trained to do so - will notate the spoken or sung sound of words in any human (or Vulcan or Ewok !. !. !.) language!. Vocal music major in college learn how - my son and his wife have done the PLENTY, and actually were required to take a class in it!. So - either YOU take a class, or you find someone who did, and pay them!. This should be as easy as calling the speech, language, or vocal music department of the nearest university!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Unfortunately, no program has been developed to do this yet!. And I doubt that one ever will be, to be honest!. However, there are resources for people who want IPA transcriptions of certain works!. If you are looking to IPA text from an opera you will want to see if your local library carries Nico Castel's opera librettos where each book contains the original text, IPA transliteration, and word for word translation!. Leyerle Publishing also has published seperate anthologies such as Brahm's Lieder, Schubert Lieder Schumann Lieder which all give the same translation/transliteration layout!.

There's also the trusted Langenscheidt Dictionaries!. I know that the German and French dictionaries have IPA transliterations next to each entry!.!.!.however, the Italian Langenscheidt does not supply IPA!.!.!.but I have seen other Italian dictionaries that do!.
