Belting means chest voice!. You can, however, belt the the really high notes as well as the lower ones, if that's what you are asking!. Just modify the style a little, or it may sound weird!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Hi Angel

When you scream, do you notice how hard the stomach diaphram gets!?
That is the same way with belting a song!. The louder you scream or sing, the harder the muscles get!. This is your volume control!.
The chest is used to fill in your lungs with air!. The pressure, like a hose, is given by the stomach muscles >> diaphram!.

The head voice is always nasal unless you tend to use the "Falsetto" which is controlled by the throat!. In either case, you do the stomach muscles to give it power!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
