I'm trying to play Ritual Dance by Michael Hedges?

Question: I'm trying to play Ritual Dance by Michael Hedges!?

The tuning requires me to tune the last two strings to C, but on the second to last string I can't seem to get C no matter how high I tune it- C has always been hard to find on my tuner!. Am I tuning up or down- I don't want my string to pop!. Help me!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think you'd want to tune you low E string DOWN 2 whole steps to a C, and then tune your A string UP 1 1/2 steps to C an octave above the low E string!.

That would make the most sense!.

Trying to tune your low E all the way UP to the C on the 3rd fret of the A string would almost certainly pop the string!. Tune it DOWN!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
