Honey, you need to go out there and relies that you are "The Best Damn $hit Ever"!. The people in the crowd came to see you! Be positive and know you are in charge!. As for shaking, if you can move around!. Walk around and talk to the crowd!. Pretend that you are talking to a good friend about whatever you are giving your speech on!. You just need to know that you are "The Best Damn $hit Ever"

Good Luck, and Let me know how future goes!.

Stage Fright stops many a performer from success!. There are many suggestions running from picturing your audience in their underwear to eating a certain fruit!.
I have found a method that worked wonders for me and I have taught others to use it with great success!.
Focus on the performance!.
You concentrate on each sentence and what it means, where the topic is going!. If your mind is on giving the best performance and if you are into the work, you will not be thinking about the audience!. Not only does it eliminate your stage fright, you become a better speaker !. The same things can easily be adapted to music or to the stage!.
Good Luck

well, what i like to do is think that everyone there is there because they want to hear you and what you have to say!. (or at least pretend they do) and think of your speech or presentation as a gift you are giving to them (this also helps with giving an interesting delivery)!.
Turn your fear into excitement and your nerves into passion

whatever you do, do NOT picture them in their underwear!. :)

best wishes!. just go out there and shine!.

If this is really something that you need to do and have to do often, take courses on public speaking and acting!.
There are always free conferences and classes on these things all over the place!. Public speaking course will teach you what to do and how to do it!. The acting course will teach you to take insecurities and throw them out the window!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't think there anything out there that can help you to gain confidence but yourself!. You have to walk up there, make sure you know what you're doing so you don't doubt yourself!. Practice practice practice! It will help smooth your presentation out! The only way to become less nervous is through experience!. If you have to look at the audience, look above their heads so you don't make eye contact!. Small bits can help you become even more confident! Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, I sing for a living, and know exactly what you're going through!. It's hard at first to get used to it!.!. But after a couple of performances in front of huge crowds, you get used to it!. It comes with time & you have to be good at what you do!.

So don't back down!.!. Just do it a lot, and it'll come byWww@QuestionHome@Com

hi!. after reading your question I think that you are in the same situation in which was some months ago!. u are afraid of the audience!.!.!.right!? well then there is a way!. whenever you go on the stage, don't look towards the people!. instead, look at the end of the Crowd so that they feel that u r looking at them while u will b looking at the empty space behind them!. do try this, it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
