Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
1) You should try for a Mapex M Birch drum set or any other Mapex
2)U can buy different hardware that will connect the cowbell to any cymbal stand
3) Try Zildjian ZHT or even Sabian AAX cymbals kinda expensive but worth it
4) Remo go all remo for tom( Ebony ambassadors) and snare head(weather coated ambassadors)
for bass drum go for Aquarian II bass headsWww@QuestionHome@Com

1!. Maple, Birch, African Mahogany, Bubinga, Ash are all excellent!. Stay away from Philippine mahogany (aka lauan), Basswood, "selected veneers," or "selected hardwoods!." They're all pretty names for garbage wood plies that companies like to throw together to save money!.

2!. LP (Latin Percussion) Makes a cowbell L-Arm mount!. The L-arm attaches to the cowbell, and the L-arm is attached to a clamp that allows you to set it to another stand or even the Bass drum hoop

3!. Sabian XS20 if you're a beginner, or anything B20 Bronze if you're experienced!. Meinl Byzances, Meinl MB20, Zildjian K Customs, Zildjian A Custom, Sabian HHX/AAX or Paiste Signatures are all excellent cymbals!. Stick with B20 bronze though, they'll sound better and you wont need or want to upgrade later on and waste more money

4!. Anything 2 ply!. Remo Emperor, Evans G2, Evans EC2, Aquarian Texture Coated 2-ply!. I play Evans G2s, however I'm thinking about those aquarians because they're a heck of a lot more durable!. No matter what you pick, stick with two ply because they're more durable for rock drummers!. One ply heads last me about three weeks to a month!.

1) I would get a maybe just a generic brand set, the cost alot cheaper than 1500
2) There are stand alone stands that should work for you, you can just set them up like a cymbal stand
3) I would get zyldijan cause they sound alot better than the crappy one that you might get with your set
4) remo are the best heads for hard hitting and they are easy to tune Www@QuestionHome@Com

1) I would get a Tama Superstar or a PDP Masters series set!.
2) Get a regular master clamp with a boom off of it
3) Zildjian A custom, don't buy the 'set' Get 14'' Mastersound hats, a 16'' and 18'' crash and i use a zildjian A generic ride!.!.!. i love my cymbal set but its kind of pricy
4) Evans EC2sWww@QuestionHome@Com
