Question: Why do people only like songs that are in tune!?
its so boring, when i can imagine all the beautiful dischording harmnonies and the full glory of the human voice left out of songs
why cant us real good singers, be left to express our true harmonoius notes that are far beyond the ones laid down and expected
its is like an ubstract painting but in song
my teeechers hate it and even suffer pain they told me
and i get asked to leave the class
when i know i am far better than they are as i get bored with what they are about to do as its so predictable
well i wont and thats thatWww@QuestionHome@Com

Sorry , dude,
I agree with the first guy!. You sound much like the people who audition for American Idol and Simon tells them they suck (which they do) and the person goes all crazy wondering why Simon could say something like that, that They are fantastic singers, and Simon doesn't know crap!.

The facts are that singers that are off key truly ARE painful to listen to!.
I can't even take it when a guitar is slightly out of tune!. It's like fingernails scratching on a chalkboard!. And for you to behave like a spoiled brat to your teachers reveals how truly horrendous your voice must be!.
That's why they are teachers, because they know music!. And that's why you are a STUDENT, because obviously , at this point in life , you don't know diddly-squat!.

Grow up already and smell the coffee burning!.
I'll bet you sing like Jillian Hall on WWE RAW!!!! or think she sounds great!.

I responded to another of your attitudinal and self-serving question, and cannot add anything to what the other two VERY perceptive responders have done here!. "Well I won't and that's that" says more about YOU than anything else!. Quit ALL your music classes - you are more than likely the ONLY one who thinks you have talent, and you seem to delight in making everyone else's participation in class miserable!. And - you BRAG about this on YA!. Want to impress us!? Post a video on YouTube - and let those of us who are experts see if you have ANYTHING to offer vocally!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

your question comes across as juvenile and self serving!.
Music is composed with organizing principals like pitch, rhythm, and phrasing so as to be performed by a group of musicians working toward a common goal of perfecting what the composer created!.
There are appropriate times and proper works of music for what you seek to do, but a teacher must teach to the weaker members of the group, while the stronger members are expected to be patient (which you are not) and perhaps even helpful to the weaker musicians in the interest of making the group perform better!.

I suspect that you are exaggerating your talent and just want something other than what is on the lesson plan for the day!. a true musician always does the best they can with whatever music is placed before them (that's what pro musicians are paid to do)!. And pro musicians must have character and patience (which you seem to lack)!.
Talent only goes so far, I know a few truly talented musicians who do not get gigs because their attitude is foul, or they are stuck on themselves!. Perhaps you should get over yourself and behave in a professional manner, eh!?!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
