Question: Is there any difference between an Irish fiddle and a normal violin!?

No!. A fiddle and a violin are the same instrument!.

The only real difference is in the style of music played!. Its usually called a "fiddle" by musicians who play folk dance music styles such as Irish, Cajun, Southern Appalachian square dance tunes, etc, and a "violin" by those who play classical music!.

There may be some differences in the way an instrument is set up for fiddling as compared to violin -- a fiddle is often set up with a flatter bridge to make it easier to bow 2 strings at once, while classical players, who don't often play more that one string at a time, usually set up their instruments with a more arched bridge to make it easier to bow one string at a time!. No, though old time fiddlers might choose an instrument with loud tone if they had to be heard over dancing feet without a microphone!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
