Groovy new tunes!? Okay!. You want a digital audio workstation, also known as a DAW!. These are programs that allow you to build music projects using your computer!. Add a 4 second clip of a piano here, a 10 second clip of a drum kit there, repeat!.!.!.etc!.

With most of them you also have the option of adding live recordings of things like guitars and violins to the sounds you've used that came with the program!. Some possible ones to check out are:
