Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: you're right it does vary from place to place but mostly learning the guitar is a expensive thing!. Most places will average from about 16-30 dollars a lesson mine is $19!.50 a lesson and we have recitals occasionally and i think my teacher is a great teacher but my last teacher was about $40 per lesson but that was because that was at a music school Www@QuestionHome@Com probably (depending on how generous they are) ranging from ￡10-￡20 per half hourWww@QuestionHome@Com My mom is getting me a guitar teacher!
