It's actually quite easy!. I'm a clarinet player and I picked it up extremely quickly on flute!. First of all, can you roll your R's!? Try speaking some Spanish, like saying 'perro' (dog)!. Push more air through the R part of the word!. Once you can roll your tongue while saying a word, try just doing it without saying anything first!. If you can do that, set your embouchure and just try to roll your R's without moving your mouth!. Make sure you push a lot of air!. Put your flute up to your mouth, set your embouchure, and flutter!
