How many years of practicing Piano..?

Question: How many years of practicing Piano!.!.!?

How many years of piano lessons and hard core practicing will I be able to play this level of music:

Only answer if you play, and please be realistic!. I am able to *somewhat* read music, I played the trumpet for three years!. But of course, that doesn't involve really learning any chords!.

this level of music is about intermediate-ish

w/ hardcore practicing (which im assuming means a few hours a day AT LEAST to you,) you'd be able to fully understand what you're playing and be able to put enough artistic expression into it within a few (like 4) years!.
Yes!. that may be a lot!.
But considering you've only played trumpet which is completelyyyyy different than piano, and you only know how to play treble clef notes, it will take you a while!.
maybe even longer than 4 years actually!.
plus, most people find it difficult to play piano because of the coordination of moving your fingers which sounds dumb!.!.!. but its true!.

i suggest getting a teacher if you want to really succeed in piano!.
teaching yourself in piano, like a lot of people do, would take much longer!.
