'Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again' is a somewhat easy song from The Phantom of the Opera!.!.!.so is 'Angel of Music', although that's a duet!.

Check out Sarah Brightman, she has a few easy opera sounding songs as well!. =) Good luck! Www@QuestionHome@Com

Your teacher should be giving you sheet music!. Please don't tell me you're teaching yourself to sing opera!. Jordin Sparks had a trip to the emergency room earlier this year with uncontrolled bleeding from her vocal cords and she didn't even try to sing opera, but she misused her voice!.

If your teacher doesn't know the opera repertoire and what's suitable for you they should not be teaching you opera!. I get applicants all the time who tried to teach themselves or tried to save a few dollars and went to a bargain teacher, and they've spent years of wasted effort and sometimes had to have expensive and painful surgery and set their career back dramatically, not to mention the frustration and heartbreak they experience!.

Most reputable teachers have full or partial scholarship programs or work-study positions if finances are a problem!.
