Question: Strumming technique on classical type songs on the guitar!?
I have recently taken a liking to playing classical songs on the guitar because of the awesome harmony!. I am playing them on an electric guitar and although they don't even come close to the sound of acoustics it still works!.

I'm used to using picks for strumming, so I don't know the tech for strumming to classical (w/ the fingers)!. Do you keep the thumb on the bottom 3 strings and the three other fingers on the top 3 strings!? Or do you move the thumb freely when applicable as for chords!?
Please help best answer 10 points!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It really depends on what you're playing!. Usually the thumb rests on the string below the one that was picked!. Pick the E string, rest on A!. Pick the A string, rest on D!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
