What kinda newbie Piccolo is for me?

Question: What kinda newbie Piccolo is for me!?

Ok, now i know how to play the piccolo a little bit (for people that answered my last question) but now i need to know what kind of brands of piccolo might suit me well, I'm just starting nothing too expensive but nothing so crappy that it will like die on the first day!.

are you going to be playing inside or outside!?
you definitely do not want a wooden picc if you do marching band!.
plastic ones are good!.
all metal ones may be a bit shrill!.
i play on a plastic/metal one!. i love it!. :)
it's best to try them out at a music store!.
