Question: Is it too late to join a drama class at 30 years old with no previous experience!?

I want to meet some interesting people and make new friends and this really would be the perfect opportunity, I think!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is absolutely not too late! Characters in plays are of all ages!. It's easier for someone 30 years old to act 30 years old than a teenager!. In the states, I got into acting by taking classes at the community college nearby back in the states!. I fell in love with it and am now studying at a course here in London!. it's a perfect place to meet new friends, and all that kind of stuff, but you wouldn't really be able to have a career in it!.

Most actors have been acting since they were little, and they have a really big passion for it!.

but acting schools and drama classes are a great opportunity to meet new friends and interesting people because they shouldn't be shy, but outgoing and really interesting!

I support you 100%!. This sounds like a lot of fun, and a great way to meet people!. If you want to see a really cute movie (american Playhouse) about this, there is an old Christoper Walken and Susan Sarandon movie called, I think "Who Am I This Time!?" He is a lonely clerk in a hardware store, who only comes alive in local theater productions!. A new girl in the community works for the phone company, setting up new office - she moves all the time, and is also lonely!. They meet as their *characters* in A Streetcar Named Desire, I think - and figuring out who is who takes a little time!.
