Question: Drama classs !? easy POINTS !!?
me & my partner have to act out a scene where we pretend to slap each other !.!.
here's the script:
MY PARTNER: okay class i'm going to pass out the test
ME: i hate this teacher !
MY PARTNER: what did you just say !?
ME: i said i hate this teacher!.
MY PARTNER: go to the principal's office!. RIGHT NOW!.
ME: i don't want to old lady!.
MY PARTNER: i am not old!. FYI i'm only 49 years old & that is NOT old ! so go to the office!. now!.
ME: i said i didn't want too!.
MY PARTNER: (slap me)
ME: (slap back)

ME: NOW, i'll go

i didn't write this script, but is there any way i can make it more funny/intresting!? can you change a the script so that it makes it more entertaining !? (:

Just pay attention to emphasizing your words and phrases (like, the "i hate this teacher" parts and stuff like that)!. also, you could turn it around and make it sort of spoofy, like you're almost making fun of the dialogue!. Whatever you do, make sure that the audience knows that you're having fun with it!.

just make sure to have fun with it and be REALLY dramatic!. It will be funny to everyone watching!. Put over dramatic mannerisms into it like hands on you hips and scoffing!. Little things to make it funny!. put alot of emphasis on your words and when it gets to the slapping part, just like go crazy with it (but be careful!) and defiantly be dramatic with that little part :) have fun!
