I won't list any songs but will take this opportunity to say if you are going out to entertain 'old' people do not underestimate them!. These are the people who were brought up on Rock and Roll and a host of big names who are now Icons in the Popular Music Scene - and they know all the words!!! They also enjoy a bit of 'Country' not the Modern Stuff but people like Billy Jo Spears, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash and etc!. Yes they do like the 'war' songs as mentioned eslewhere but once again remember that those songs originated in the first world war and not many of the people who sang them first time around are still with us!. How about the wartime marching songs eg It's a long way to Tipperary or Pack up your troubles, Run rabbit run!. Or there are the London town songs such as Let's all go down the strand or Maybe its because I'm a Londoner!. Most oldies will know these even if they aren't from London!. The Beatles tunes were favourites too eg Get by with a little help from my friend, Penny Lane, !. These sort of popular songs are often available in karaoke style singalong formats from music shops too!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Men of Harlech would be perfect!. Good marching beat and very invigorating!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
