Can talent agents represent you in different states!? Let's say you just got signed to an agent in L!.A!., California, but you want to live in FL/go to college there!. Is this possible!?!?

Like, do celebs HAVE to live in LA or somewhere in CA or will ur talent agent call you to fly over!?
