My brother plays piano and I play violin!. We have been debating this since we could walk!. Of course I think the violin is a much more difficult instrument, and the piano is quite easy!. He thinks the opposite!.
Honestly though, I have found that visual learners do very well with the guitar and piano because they can see where the notes are!. On other instruments (like string instruments) your finger placement has to be exact, and on wind instruments your breathing has to be just right!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

All instruments are challenging, and you must work hard to be good at an instrument!. If you want to be a good musician, I would say learn piano and music theory first, then once you know how to read notes and you understand music, you can go and learn other instruments!. In regards to your question, There isn't such thing as an "easy" instrument to learn!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

What is it with you people who don't want to take the time to learn how to play a REAL instrument!.!.!. you don't learn how to play any instrument worth learning because it's EASY!.!. but because it's a challenge!.!.!. of course!.!.!. Generation (D)UMB doesn't WANT any challenges!.

Selecting an instrument is something that each individual must do!. To learn an instrument that someone else thinks is cool or easy is a big mistake!. You must listen to the instruments and make your own decisions!. Most have a limited view of each instrument!. What ever you decide, get some instruction from a live person paid or free, but where they can see and hear your progress!. That is the only way that mistakes are going to be caught early before they become serious or discouraging problems!. The use of web sites is a bonus, but not the way improve your skills and definitely not the way to begin!.!.

it depends whatyou want to play!.!.!.if you have a really good lung capacity try something brass!.!.!.or if youhave long spingly finger try strings!.!.!.!.both of the above try woodwind!.!.!.lol!.!.!.!.!.and if you find it easy to tap along to music maybe try drums!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
