Question: I got a part in the nutcracker that i did not want what should i do!?

i got a soldier and i wanted a party girl everyone said i would get it, but i did not!. i am really upset cause i am not with any of my friends!. party girl is better than soldier!. i am going to be with the younger girls!. i want to ask teh teacher why i did not get it should i!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Make the best of what you've been given and don't sulk about it, whatever you do! You could ask the teacher why you didn't get the part you wanted, but be careful in how you ask it - did the teacher know you wanted that part!? I'd say something like "I was wondering if you could tell me why I wasn't cast as a party girl - is there something I need to work on to improve my chances of getting the part I want next time!?" Don't be bitter about it, work as hard as you can on being a soldier (be the best soldier there!), be happy for your friends and take it graciously - that's the best way to earn people's respect, and if people know you have a good attitude, you're more likely to get the part you want next time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
