Question: Beginner guitarist song selection help!? I need easy/beginner 3 chord songs!?

Since you play an acoustic I am not sure the heavy metal songs suggested are going to turn out that great for you!. Most country tunes are three chorders, and one of the best songwriters in the past ten or fifteen years is Lyle Lovett!. I would suggest you get a couple of his CDs and learn some of his songs - most are based on three chords with maybe an additional minor chord thrown in for effect!. "She's no lady - she's my wife" always gets a good crowd reaction when I play it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

my advice is hear a song on the radio/cd/ whatever, google it, but make sure to ask for guitar chords, fight your way thru the pop-up ads and have fun!. one song per week!.
but really, begin with Neil young!.
