What he means is a guitar with Nylon strings which is typically a classical guitar!. The strings are easier to play and the sound is a little bit more warm and fuzzy!. Some good classical guitars are Romero!. I personally would love to have one and they are electric as well so that if he gets an amplifier than he could play on it!. What I would look for when you go buy a guitar for your son is to ask the people there to show you guitar with nylon strings!. also!.!.!. I would get a cut away if possible!. Probably means a 'classical guitar'!.
I differs because it has nylon (originally cat-gut) strings!.
