Stage fear..........?

Question: Stage fear!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?

I have a good english knowledge!.
I speak eng!. superbly with friends and teachers, but when the same thing comes to stage, i got my brain and nerves screwed out, just due to this stage fear!.
please, give me some tips to eliminate it!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Just stand before the mirror and just try to speak again and again ok

If u suddenly raised into stage and dont see ur friends faces stand straight and see the wall that is straight to you becz when u start getting jerked ur friends will make u tempted!.

To overcome from stage fear speak to urself maintaning an eye contact with yourself in the mirror!.Sfter few days stage fear will go!.The best method to speak without fear in front of audience is dont prepare what you are going to speak in front of audiance before going to the stage but you should have knowledge on what you are going to speak!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i had the same problem and i still do but not as bad any more!. all you have to do is not worry about it clam down and forget about being scared if you really want to get rid of your fear you have to believe you can too!. just pretend that your talking to one of you close friends and not on stage!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

it helps many people overcome nerves,it is free to learn!.
