i think that essential elements is a great book for learning how to start playing guitar!. umm or you could look up a beginners guitar lesson book on ebay or on yahoo!.com!. But there are mannyyyyyy great books that come with dvds or cds that will help out very well! thats how i started learning how to play violin!. and now i play at church quite often!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
