Guitar Tuning problem?

Question: Guitar Tuning problem!?

I need to tune my guitar down to DADAAD for a song I want to play!. What is the easiest way of doing this please!. Can it be done with a capo or do I actually need to retune my guitar!. ThanksWww@QuestionHome@Com

Hi Midg

You cannot do that with a capo because the top and lower E are tunes 1 tone tone!. When you want a higher tuning, than the capo comes in handy!.
Aside from that, you wll have to retune which should not be a problem!. There are only 4 strings that are out of tune!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

A capo, or cheater, won't help in the drop tuning unless you tune first and then clamp for a higher pitch!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
