Look up blues scales online!.
The scale degrees, when compared to a major scale are:
1, flat 3, 4, sharp 4, 5, flat 7, and then the octave, 8!.
So, for example, the G blues scale would be G, Bb, C, C#, D, F, G!. And yes, there is supposed to be only 7 notes in the scale!. And there is a blues scale for all 12 tones!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
