What is a good guitar for a beginner?

Question: What is a good guitar for a beginner!?

What would be a good guitar for a beginner that could last me through intermediate!? I want one that is not too expensive (up to $150-200) but that will last me a few years (when I am pretty good too)!. Thanks!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Personally I feel that it's better in the long run to get a decent guitar to begin with than to waste money on a crappy guitar!. That said, Washburn makes acoustic guitars that are fairly inexpensive and have a nice sound!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

you can get an ibanez jam pack acoustic guitar that is only 149!.99 and its a great guitar, check this website i list, this guitar sounds great and looks great, i own this guitar as well, it was my first and has lasted me a long time, still in great condition now!. This pack comes with every thing you need, but one thing is, the tuner is CRAP!. other than that its AWESOME!!!

Ibanez or Takamine in that price range for quality, Fender if you like throwing money away for junk so you can look cool in that price range, same goes for Yamaha, I have an ugly old black Ibanez PF thats been around seems like forever and still plays very well, I play it and use it for bait to keep my kid and friends off my D55 Guild, which dosent fall into that $200 rangeWww@QuestionHome@Com
