I sound really weird on tape or video!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

your voice sounds a lot different to you than how it sounds on a tape recorder!. a tape recorder is simply a mirror- its how your voice actually sounds!. singers develop their voices and record their singing so they can hear what they need to improve on!. unfortunately, your voice on the tape recorder is how other people hear your voice too!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Try this:

Use the tape recorder, and record someone else singing!. Then play it, and see if it sounds the same!.

(It probably will!.)

Then you will know that the tape recorder is recording the sound of your own voice accurately as well!. ;)Www@QuestionHome@Com

the way your voice is on the tape recorder is the way you actually sound like, when singing and talking!. what you hear is different because your voice vibrates the bones in your head so you hear a different version of your voice!.

when i first heard myself on the radio i was upset my voice sounds completely different!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
