Writing riffs on a guitar?

Question: Writing riffs on a guitar!?

I have been playing guitar for about two and a half years now!. I have gotten very good and I can play any solo or rhythm to any song if I know the notes!. The problem is that I can not seem to make anything original come out!. I am very discouraged by that!. Do you have any advice on how to write guitar riffs!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Jimmy used to be my idol as well, but I switched to Marty Friedman!. If you say you've become good that's gonna help, but you'll have to learn to improvise your own solos first (Jimmy often does it)!. This will help your creativity!.

About riffs I don't really have any special advice other than to learn as many riffs as you can!. It'll come, I had the same problem but now I seem to get into it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well just mess around with things i gues and you might stumble upon something i do that alot!.!.!.so!.!.!.anyways i hope this helps but i realy dont know what to say try and make someting inspired by his guitar playingWww@QuestionHome@Com
