Question: What does Grande Fica mean!?!?

When Madonna was inducted into the UK Music hall of fame The British artist Tracey Emin presented the award and gave a speech, referring to madonna as a grande Fica (not sure on the spelling of it, thats just a guess)!. any body know what that might mean, and what language it is!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

That is in italian but the last word is not correct!.

It means Grand or Big C!.!.!.!.T whatever the word!.

Fica means (female genitals) but in a bad way >>c!.!.nt
