I have to be honest, learning an instrument is not easy!.!.!.!.unless your a genius or have perfect pitch!. But nothing is easy!.!.!.!.!.learning to read took you years, learning math, learning how to talk even took some time !!!!!!!!! But learning the guitar is well worth the effort, I know I've been playing for over thirty five years and have enjoyed every minute of it!.!.!.!.and so have a lot of the students that I've taught!. In the beginning everything is hard until you under stand it!.!.!.!.and hour of practice a day with make it easier with time!.!.!.!.!.Just last year I had a sixteen year old girl who now makes chords with no problem, but at first she said, " I'll never be able to do this, well she did, and she does very well!. Everything at first seems difficult, also guitar playing is painful at first, that is until you get the callouses nessassary for playing with ease, that takes about three months!.!.!.!.and evenutaly you'll make chords without even thinking about it !!!!!!!!
I suggest that all students get a good teacher, but if you can't afford that there are some sites that have good teachers, but this does cost!. Why not call your local music stores and see how much lessons cost, get a few estamates, and then compare that to the lessons or tutors on the Internet!. I'm not to fond of the free sites, there not very complete but I'll put a few at the end and you be the judge!.!.!.!.I would also suggest that you learn to read music notatation and not tab, it will make you a much better musician, from what I've seen of tab readers they can only play parts of a song, it seems like none of them can play a complete song !!!!!!!!!!!

P!.S!. If you want to get started on your own for a while get a good chord and scale book!. Learn maybe three chords at a time and learn to change them smoothly and with ease before moving on to the next set !!!!!!!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

If it is one of the first instruments you learn it can be confusing but once you get the hang of it you will be able to play alot of songs very well!. I think if you want to learn go for it, the first instrument i played was a tiny violin and i loved it but i wasn't even in school yet!. Go consult the yellow pages or local phone book if you fing an arts council ask if they have any classes and if not ask them for any suggestions, if you have any friends who play guitar then ask them!.

Like anything else, it takes time to learn the guitar, but if you practice regularly, you will see progress quickly!. In my opinion, www!.jamplay!.com is the best and easiest way to learn guitar online!. It is very affordable and has lessons for all players, from someone just picking up a guitar for the first time to advanced players that have been playing for decades!. It covers all styles too, from country finger-picking to classic and modern rock to bluegrass, acoustic and electric!. I have been taking lessons there for about 6 months and could not be happier with my progress and with Jamplay!. Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yeah, it is a difficult instrument to learn!. I suggest you learn from people by taking lessons or having a small jam with friends!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
