im a newbie, and i dont want shortcuts!. im studying theory and im doing ok with it!. problem is everyone insists that i learn songs and more songs , that actually are only teaching me some finger dexterity!.but nothing else!.
i want to learn how to play wiht others and improvise, some pople have told me that i need to learn the scales!.!. i can play the minors and the majors, but there are like 99 more!.!.wich ones do i have pick!?
