I am a NYSSMA woodwind judge - so this is not a personal opinion, it is a PROFESSIONAL opinion!. NO!!!! Get a decent brand!. Get used if you have to !. Or get a new one, and plan to resell it if you change you mind!. But a cheap no-name instrument is only good if you want to make a LAMP out of it!
