Question: Drummers!. I have a two bass drum question!.!?
I recently bought a 22x16 to add to my kit with a 22x18!. I feel like I made a big mistake, because I can't tune them exactly the same!. I have to tune my 22x18 up high to match the same tone as the 22x16 on it's lowest tension, and when I do that, The 22x18 loses the punch that it had which made me fall in love with it!. also, I have noticed that a higher bpms, I start to have uneven strokes, because of the uneven feeling of the two bass drums!. (If you say that I shouldn't practice the higher bpms, I will stab you in the throat!. I have been practicing them for 2 years now on a double pedal!. Don't even bring it up!.) Is there a way to get an even feeling and tone, even though they are different sizes!? (new heads, tensions) Or should I just opt for another double pedal!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

IF I was you!.!.!.I'd see if I could take back the 22 x 16 and try and buy a matching 22 x18 Bass drum!. See if you can trade it on a 22x 18 Bass Drum too!. Onbviously!.!.!.that little 2 inch difference in shell size is what's messing up your "tone and punch" in your sound you are trying to acheive!.

Yeah!.!.!.!.you also could opt for another double pedal too!.
That's another option too!. Hope this helps and good luckWww@QuestionHome@Com
