I'm going to copy and paste my answer from a similar question:

E: (positions)

e flat (3), f (1), g (4), a flat (3), high b flat (1), high c (3), high d (1) high e flat (3) then come down in reverse

B flat concert:

b flat (1), c (6), d (4), e flat (3), f (1), g (4), a (2), high b flat (1)

A flat concert:

a flat (3), b flat (1), c (6), d flat (5) e flat (3), f (1), g (4), high a flat (3)

c concert:

c (6), d (4), e (2), f (1), g (4), a (2), b (4), high c(3)

I do not know about the G or the D scale!.
