I know these guys well since they are from my city!. The JP is a good model but don't forget, that he plays it his way and you will play it your way!.
B-cuz you buy the same model does not guarantee that you will play or osund like him!.

He uses a pedal board with different effects combined!. The guitar sounds good but I personally prefer the Jackson or ESP!.
They have 24 frets, active electornics, much cheaper and they have a lot of guts on the high end!.

Your choice!.!.!.The Jackson stays in tune even if you play a log with the whammy bar and the response is immediate on sustain, especially the harmonic sustain!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Its not the musicman!. I sure hope your not planning to substitute what a true MusicMan JP would be with the OLP!. OLP is a collector guitar manufacturer!. Which basically means you buy those so you can hang them on the wall!. The OLP's I've played have been sub-par and amount to nothing more than a squier!. If you want true JP feel spend the money!. If there's one thing I've learned being a guitarist it's that you really do get what you pay for!. Hope this helps!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
