Question: I used to have an amazing voice but now i dont know how to sing!.!.!.help!?

i used to have a good voice at the age of 14 or 15 but now 3 yrs later i dont!. i never smoked so it cant be that!.!.!.maybe i forgot how to sing !.!.is that possible!?
i want to try out for the musical next year but i need an amazing voiceWww@QuestionHome@Com

Lots of factors can contribute to loss of voice!.!.!.

Are you stressed!? Are you getting enough sleep!? I learnt from my singer friends that the voice is one of the first things to go if you're sleep deprived!. These people are very religious about sleep for that reason!.

You may not have warmed up your voice before you start singing!. Believe me it makes a BIG difference!. To warm up the voice, sing up and down your range, do lip trills and arpeggios!.!.!. watch the link I have pasted below to see what I'm talking about!. You can also watch the rest of the videos by the poster, particularly the vocal warmups and voice lessons, maybe you can discover something you have been doing wrongly all this while!. Eric Arceneaux is really a great teacher!.!.!.

Lastly, drink lots of water always!. Honey is your friend if you're not allergic!. Avoid spicy foods if you're going to sing!. Don't sing right after a meal - allow at least 45 minutes!. And don't force things - don't attempt difficult songs til you're ready!. These are the things which can destroy the voice and end a singer's career prematurely!.

Singing is all about muscle memory, so they say!. It's all about training your body to find the right feeling again!. I can't comment too much on the techniques of it all because I'm not a singer myself (I'm actually a composer)!.!.!. however I do hang out with the singers a lot, and I fell in love with one of the sopranos!.!.!. It didn't work out, but I learned a lot about voice through it all!.

why in 6th grade we could either learn how to sing
or learn how to play an instrument, and I chose the
