Have you have voice coaching!? If you sing a lot pub nights, karaoke, parties etc then without training you will put strain on your vocal chords (remember Elton John getting polyps on his chords and needing operations and long rest!?!?)!.

When you sing a great deal you are passing large volumes of air from your lungs up through your throat!. Try and recall what it feels like when you run really fast (after a bus!) and how sore it made your throat feel sucking that air down, well a lot of singing is the same in reverse, so either get some coaching to learn how to use your voice properly or sing less!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Are you singing ALOT!? If you sing alot, then that may be it!. I go through singing spurts sometimes and it takes a toll on me!. Or maybe you're singing songs that aren't in your rnage!. That's also happened to me!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If it's not something like a bad throat/cold etc, then you probably have a bad singing technique!. You need to sing from your stomach - singing from your throat will cause damage like nodules later in lifeWww@QuestionHome@Com
